報告人簡介：
Before joining AGRA, Dr. Cheng served as Chief Economist at Made in Africa Initiative （MIAI）and Senior Advisor for UNDP Asia & Pacific between 2018-2020. Before MIAI, Dr. Cheng worked as Research Fellow for the Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies, Renmin University of China. Dr. Cheng has published dozens of articles on Chinese and international journals, he co-authored two books both on development economics and finances in Africa. His own book "Official Development Finance with Chinese Characteristics: New Model for China Africa Cooperation" was published in Aug 2018 by the Renmin University Press. He is also a frequent commentator for several television networks.
程誠，非洲農業綠色革命聯盟（AGRA）中國伙伴項目主任。“非洲制造倡議”首席經濟學家，聯合國開發計劃署（亞太區） 高級顧問。研究領域：國際發展，發展經濟學，中國企業國際化，中非關系。
著有《“一帶一路”中非發展合作新模式：造血金融如何改變非洲》，在中英文期刊上發表了十余篇期刊論文與合著。此外，利用中英雙語在多國媒體上發表了數十篇評論性文章，并且為中國中央電視臺、CGTN、鳳凰衛視和其他地方媒體的多個節目擔任特約評論員。
